Hi, I’m Nick and I’m a Project Coordinator for HHNJ. I love the outdoors and am determined to make a positive change in our environment so we can all continue to enjoy nature in its native state. Whether it’s planting new trees, removing invasive species, or providing outreach, I believe everyone can do something to help preserve nature!

Hi guys my name is Aatish and I am a senior at Bergen County Academies. My favorite part about HHNJ is the good that we do - there is no better feeling than breathing hearty life back into the earth by cleaning it up, one step at a time. In my free time, you can catch me reading, hiking, or listening to music.

Hello, my name is Rakshaan and I am the outreach director of Hiking Heroes New Jersey. I love nature and enjoy hiking. I hope to share this passion for nature and protecting with you all. I believe if we all work together we can definitely leave our mark and that is an amazing thing.

Hi! My name is Dana and I’m the HHNJ Communications Director. In my free time I enjoy cooking and watching horror movies. I joined HHNJ because I wanted to spend more time outdoors while helping my community and local nature centers.

Hi! My name is Maya and I'm the PR Director of Hiking Heroes NJ. Nature and hiking have always been an important part of my life. Through HHNJ I can combine my love for the environment and art in advocating for issues I am passionate about.

Hi, I am John and I am a senior in AMST. I love Hiking Heroes since it is a place where I can truly express myself and help out the community. In my free time, I like spending time with my friends and family and watching basketball and soccer.

I have been a part of HHNJ since ninth grade and I am super excited to contribute to the success of this club. From picking up trash, to planting trees, or going on rigorous hikes, NJHH provides valuable experiences for those looking to contribute to the well being of their communities 

Hey guys, I’m Stephen and I’m a CS major in the class of 2025! I joined Hiking Heroes to be a part of a fun and social community that helps the enrichment while hiking! Other than njhh, I’m also on the BCA volleyball team. I also love to play basketball and listen to music in my free time. 

Hello, my name is Arihant and I am the webmaster for Hiking Heroes New Jersey. I love getting in nature, especially with my friends. I want to put my passion for the outdoors to use by contributing to the valuable projects that Hiking Heroes is involved with. I am proud to be a part of an organization that lets me make a difference.

Hi I am Pravit Kochar and I joined Hiking Heroes because of my passion for nature. I have enjoyed going out on hikes all my life and now I find Hiking Heroes as a nice way to contribute. Also, I have always found the art of photography to be extremely interesting, so I am glad I am able to combine two of my passions here.
